Common questions
My tracking number shows nothing yet
Couriers take up to 48 hours to scan a parcel into their network after we hand it over. Until that first scan, the number exists but has no history. Check again tomorrow.
How long does delivery take?
Orders leave our warehouse within 2–3 business days. Delivery is 8–12 business days.
Tracking hasn't moved in several days
Parcels often go quiet while in transit between countries, especially during customs clearance. If there's no movement for 10 days, email us with your order number and we'll open a trace with the courier.
My order shipped in two parcels
Larger orders — a Peace Pod and a Calm Companion together, for example — sometimes travel separately. You'll get one shipping email per parcel, each with its own number.
It says delivered, but nothing arrived
Check with neighbours and any safe place your courier uses, then wait 24 hours — parcels are occasionally scanned early. Still missing? Email us and we'll send a replacement.
