How It Works
6. Do I need an app or Wi-Fi to use these products?
No app or Wi-Fi is required for the Peace Pod — it works fully automatically, with simple physical controls (buttons and a volume dial) on the base. The Plush Companion also works automatically out of the box, but it includes an optional app, unlocked with the activation code in the box, so you can peek in on your best friend anytime you're missing them.
7. How does the heart rate monitoring work?
Both the Peace Pod and Plush Companion use a built-in sensor to track your pet's heart rate while they rest, quietly watching over them the way you would if you were home. If an elevated or unusual reading is detected, the device automatically switches to a calming heartbeat sound and adjusts the warmth to help your pet settle — like a gentle hand on their back, even when yours isn't there.
8. How will I know if my pet needs attention?
The Peace Pod has an LED indicator on its base: green means all is calm, amber means it's already auto-adjusting to a mild change, and red means your pet may need you. The Plush Companion sends alerts through the app if it's activated, so no matter where you are, you're never really far from knowing how they're doing.
9. Can I put something of mine inside with my dog?
Yes — each order includes an owner scent cloth. Rub it with your scent and place it with your dog, so even on the hardest goodbyes, a little piece of you stays right there with them.
10. Is this safe to leave on while I'm away?
